There’s one word that captures what we’re thankful for at VOCA this year: Trust.
Every day people trust our team with their deepest hopes and challenges related to their work. From the front-line worker who is at their wit's end, to the CEO who quietly pulls us aside to process an issue they cannot process with anyone else. That's trust.
Trust includes the Faith and Work ministry leaders who rely on our research to shape their approaches to ministry.
Trust summarizes our relationship with every donor and client.
Trust is even granted by the blog reader and podcast listener who trust us to make good use of their time.
We are grateful for the trust that comes our way as we help thousands of people navigate their work.
What are you grateful for this year in your work? If you had to choose one word, what would it be? How can you remember that word by sharing it with God and a friend?
Grateful for each of you and wishing you a rich season of Thanksgiving,
Dr. Chip
