Andrea is a Coach for the VOCA Center, a faith-based organization for Christians who want to reflect upon God’s wisdom and will at work. With board certification from the Center for Credentialing & Education, certification from the International Coaching Federation, and training in ADHD Coaching from ADD Coach Academy, Andrea works alongside individuals to clarify challenges, work through obstacles, establish a roadmap for success and take action. With experience in small, mid-size, and large organizations, including start-up endeavors, she understands organizational culture, retention efforts, and effective leadership. Steeped in knowledge of career discovery and job search efforts, she helps people to explore new ways of approaching career exploration and gaining new employment. Andrea’s clients are recent college graduates, mid-career professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs.
